Public’s preferences in consuming spicery products (jamu) post-pandemic

Abstract Consuming spicery products ( jamu ) can increase the body’s immune system, but public’s preference for herbal medicine is low. This study aimed to analyze people’s preferences in consuming post-pandemic period. The research was conducted Malang City, East Java, Indonesia. method of determining sample uses convenience sampling 100 respondents. Research data using primary obtained by sending a questionnaire public via google form. type qualitative with likert scale measurement. Data analysis conjoint analysis. results showed that dominant sweet taste (0.208), then followed form liquid and ready-to-drink (0.188), did not pay attention scent (0.096) texture (0.106), people were willing buy herbs price IDR 10,000/bottle 350 ml packaging (0.037). this confirm like because its Thus, be valuable information producers related agencies interest medicine.
